iSuite, "We" offers Services to help you run your business, including a platform to host your own database. As part of running those services, we collect data about you and your business. This data is not only essential to run our services, but also critical for the safety of our services and all our users.

This policy explains what information is collected, why it is collected, and how we use it.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Form Protection

  1. Personal data is any information, whether stored in physical form or not, that clearly expresses or can reasonably and directly be determined by the individual possessing the information, or that, when combined with other information, reliably identifies an individual, directly or indirectly.

  2. While you are using the iSuite Website and Services, we may collect personal data from you, including:

    1. Identification Data such as names, genders, profile photos and birthdays;
    2. Contact Data such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, emails and phone numbers;
    3. Account data such as bank accounts and payment details;
    4. Transactional data, such as order and payment details transmitted to and from you, as well as other details concerning Products and Services purchased or obtained through iSuite's website;

    2. When you register for any available Services or purchase any available Products on our website;
    3. When you use any available features or functions on iSuite's Website or Services;
    4. When you record any user-generated content uploaded on iSuite's website;

  5. Your personal data must be submitted and updated regularly, accurately without confusion, and you need to notify us of any changes to the personal data you have provided. We will reserve the right to request documents to verify the personal data you provided as part of our customer information verification process. 
  6. We will only be able to collect your personal data if you voluntarily give us your personal data, or as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy. If you fail to submit your personal data or subsequently revoke your consent to our use of your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the Service or access to iSuite's website.
  7. You can access and update your provided personal information submitted at any time.
  8. If you supply us with personal data of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the third party's consent and permission to share and transfer their personal data to us, and for us to collect, store, use, and disclose it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  9. If you register on our Website using your social media accounts, or link your iSuite account to your social media accounts, or use certain other iSuite media features, we may access your personal data that you have voluntarily provided to social media providers in accordance with their policies, as well as we will manage your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Job Application Data

When you apply for a job on our website or via an employment agency, we usually collect your contact information (name, email, phone) and any information you choose to share with us in your introduction letter and Curriculum Vitae. If we decide to send you an offer letter, we will also ask you to provide extra personal details as required to fulfill our legal obligations and personnel management requirements. 

We will not ask you to provide information that is not necessary for the recruitment process. In particular, we will never collect any information about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or trade union membership.

Browser Data

When you visit our website and access our online services, we detect and store your browser language and geolocation in order to customize your experience according to your country and preferred language.

Our servers also passively record a summary of the information sent by your browser for statistical, security, and legal purposes: your IP address, the time and date of your visit, your browser version and platform, and the web page that referred you to our website.

Customer Databases

When you subscribe to a iSuite SaaS and create your own iSuite database (for example by starting a Free Trial), any information or content you submit or upload into your database is your own, and you control it fully.

This data will often include personal information (for example, your list of employees, your contacts and customers, your messages, pictures, videos, etc.) We only ever collect this information on your behalf, and you always retain ownership and full control of this data.

II. How we use this information

  1.     2. Behavior-Based Advertising: We may collaborate with selected third parties, using anonymized information to develop certain ways to deliver more relevant advertisements to users. 

  3. We may share and allow sharing of your personal data with third parties and our affiliates for any of the purposes above, including to facilitate your use of the Service, to complete your transactions, to manage your account and our relationship with you, to market, and to fulfill any other necessary legal requirements and regulations. When sharing your personal data, we will endeavor to ensure that our third and affiliated parties will protect your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, usage, disclosure, processing, or similar risks, and only store your personal data to fulfill the mentioned purposes.

  4. If you are located in Vietnam, we may transfer or authorize the transfer of your personal data out of Vietnam for any of the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

  5. We never record or store credit card information from our customers, and always rely on trusted third-party payment processors for credit card processing, including for recurring payment processing. 

  6. iSuite may disclose your information to any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court, or other third parties which we believe disclosure is necessary: to ensure the safety of you or others; to detect fraud, or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process in the interest of iSuite, or to protect and defend iSuite's rights or property. 

III. Data storage and deletion

  1. Your personal data will be retained by iSuite as long as your account is available and/or until the expiration of retention in compliance with iSuite's policies and/or law regulation.

  2. Your data will be deleted when one of the following occurs: 

    1. iSuite terminates business agreement related to Services, Products that you are using;

    2. When you delete an account registered to use the Service; or

    3. When you submit a request to opt-out of collection/use/disclosure or request deletion of personal data that iSuite collects and stores by sending an email to the contact information mentioned in this Policy. We will process your request and process all relevant data within the scope of this Policy in accordance with the law. However, your withdrawal of consent may mean that the iSuite Services may no longer be available to you or any contract entered into between you and iSuite may be terminated. In this case, we are relieved of all liability to you for failure to provide the Service or termination of performance of the contract entered into. All of our rights and remedies are reserved under other relevant agreements disclosed at iSuite Website.

  3. In addition, you may withdraw your consent. You may manage and delete cookies through your browser or device settings. However, certain cookies are required to enable basic functionality, so please note that changing and deleting cookies may affect functionality available on the website or through the our Services.

IV.  Special Notice - If you are a minor under applicable law

Our website is not intended for children or anyone who is deemed minors under the applicable law, and we will not collect, use, disclose, or handle any personal information from anyone under the age of 16, in any situation. We therefore also ask that you do not submit your personal information (e.g., name, address, and email address) if you are still considered a minor and are under the age of 16. We shall not be held liable for any information you disclose to us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or quality of service of any linked website that is not owned or managed by us.

VI. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to accommodate our technical and business developments, as well as to comply with changing laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy describes our data handling practices for the 12 months prior to the last updated date. When updating the Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable measures to notify you of substantial changes.

For example, we will notify you by email (delivered to the email address indicated in your account) or by notice on this website before any substantial changes take effect.

 We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.

  Caution of Translation(s): For your convenience, iSuite may provide translations of this Privacy Policy on the website. In case the terms of any such translated version conflict with the terms of the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version of this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

VII. Policy effectiveness

This Privacy Policy is named version 1.0.1, issued on March 5, 2022 at iSuite Headquarters and effective on the same date.

This Privacy Policy version 1.0.1 replaces the Privacy Policy version 1.0.0.
